FIEC Turns 50!

Fox Islands Electric Cooperative celebrates its 50th anniversary today! In 1975, the North Haven and Vinalhaven communities created our nonprofit, member-owned electric cooperative by securing financing from the USDA Rural Utilities Services and purchasing assets from Vinalhaven Light & Power.
